What it is

The market contains legitimate approvals, active clinical investigation, and direct-to-consumer offers that borrow the language of both. To a patient, these can look identical. This framework exists to separate them without pretending uncertainty is not part of the picture.
It scores not only the promise being made, but the machinery beneath it: manufacturer identity, chain of custody, evidence fit, route of delivery, measurement rigor, emergency planning, and the tone of the sales process itself.
